We have built a valuable international supply chain, based on long term relationships, and regular assessment of our suppliers. Internally we are constantly striving to improve our already high standards. We believe that we cannot build a sustainable business unless we offer our customers confidence in our product and service.
Some of the more significant aspects of our quality management include:
1. Regular evaluation of our international suppliers
2. In house PMI testing equipment to ensure material is to the correct grade specification
3. Extensive investment in IT and technology as a key enabling tool in our overall efficiency and ability to measure and analyse our business
4. A constant investment in skills development to ensure that we are able to offer a quality service and understanding of the technical aspects of our products
ISO CERTIFICATION
Multi Alloys has been an ISO 9001 certified company since 2009. Quality in both our product and service is of primary importance to us, and we have invested heavily to ensure that we are leaders is ths respect.
TRANSFORMATION
Multi Alloys is committed to the codes of good practice and the principles of Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment. Our BBBEE score card is based on the generic card and we have achieved a level 4 rating.
